Job Summary
Lead shifts with a hospitality-first mindset, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and heard. Keep service running smoothly by managing pace, priorities, and execution across the floor while jumping in on any station as needed. Coach and support team members to elevate service, food quality, and operational standards, and uphold food safety, accuracy, cleanliness, and organization throughout every shift. Communicate clearly, solve problems quickly, and stay calm under pressure during high-volume moments. Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a Shift Leader or Supervisor role
- Experience in fast-paced environments - restaurant, retail, or hospitality
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining operational standards
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
- Must be able to work at least 30 hours per week
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Meet all physical requirements for all roles within the Shift Leader career path, including the Kitchen Lead and Team Member roles
