Job Summary
As a Shift Lead at Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café, you will lead daily shift operations on the floor, model hospitality standards, coach team members, and ensure guest service, food quality, and operational excellence. You will support onboarding and training for new teammates, provide real-time feedback and recognition, and foster a positive, teamwork-driven environment. Responsibilities include overseeing opening, shift changes, and closing procedures; monitoring service flow, food presentation, speed of service, and cleanliness; ensuring products are prepared and served to Sweet Paris standards; assisting with inventory management, stocking, and organization; ensuring accurate cash handling and POS procedures; coordinating with kitchen and service teams to maintain efficiency; and upholding health, safety, sanitation, and company policies.
