Job Summary
The Shift Leader at United Dairy Farmers is responsible for providing outstanding service to Guests, ensuring the efficient operation of the store during their shift, including managing cash transactions, stocking merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness. Essential skills include effective customer communication, the ability to operate store equipment, and managing stock efficiently. The role requires the ability to understand and follow company policies while executing the Hi Five Guest Experience, involving greeting Guests and anticipating their needs for satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English
- Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment
- Ability to prepare DipSide items
- Ability to handle various forms of payment
- Ability to count and do arithmetic
- Ability to move merchandise and perform cleaning tasks
- Ability to tolerate exposure to extreme temperatures
- Ability to lift and place items of specified weights
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to operate gas console and POS system
- Ability to handle cash and transactions
