Job Summary
As a Shift Leader at United Dairy Farmers, you will enhance customer experience by ensuring the store is prepared for guests and providing outstanding service according to company standards. Responsibilities include managing store operations during your shift, overseeing guest services, efficiently operating the point of sale system, stocking merchandise, and maintaining store security and cleanliness. The role requires effective communication skills and the ability to handle financial transactions accurately.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English
- Ability to see to operate store equipment
- Ability to understand operating instructions for store equipment
- Ability to prepare DipSide items
- Ability to handle transactions accurately
- Ability to recognize numbers, count, and do arithmetic
- Ability to move merchandise from storage to displays
- Ability to clean surfaces
- Ability to tolerate exposure to various temperatures
- Ability to raise at least 10 pounds
- Ability to place packages weighing 21 pounds into a dip cabinet
