Job Summary
The Shift Leader at United Dairy Farmers is responsible for providing outstanding service to every Guest, following the Hi Five Guest Experience. Key responsibilities include managing Guest services, overseeing the Point of Sale system, stocking merchandise, ensuring store security, maintaining cleanliness, and completing reporting accurately. Candidates should be able to communicate effectively in English, operate store equipment, manage financial transactions, and handle merchandise safely. A commitment to ethical practices and compliance with regulations is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English
- Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment
- Ability to understand operating instructions for store equipment
- Ability to prepare DipSide items
- Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, and credit transactions
- Ability to recognize numbers, count and do arithmetic
- Ability to move merchandise and maintain cleanliness
- Ability to tolerate extreme temperatures
- Ability to lift at least 10 pounds
- Ability to place heavier packages into cabinets
