Job Summary
The Shift Leader is responsible for providing excellent service to guests by ensuring a smooth and efficient store operation. Key responsibilities include delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience, managing point of sale transactions, stocking merchandise, maintaining store security, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met. The role requires effective communication skills in English, the ability to handle and process payments accurately, and physical capabilities to meet store operational demands.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English effectively
- Ability to see well to operate store equipment
- Ability to understand operating instructions for store equipment
- Ability to prepare DipSide items
- Ability to handle various forms of payment accurately
- Ability to recognize numbers and do arithmetic
- Ability to move merchandise and handle cleaning tasks
- Ability to tolerate extreme temperatures
- Ability to lift and move items up to specified weights
Additional Requirements
- Must be legally qualified under applicable state laws to conduct sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco sales
