Job Summary
The Shift Leader at United Dairy Farmers is responsible for providing outstanding service through the Hi Five Guest Experience. Key responsibilities include ensuring store operations run efficiently, managing cash transactions, stocking merchandise, maintaining store cleanliness, and adhering to security measures. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, the ability to operate store equipment, handle cash, and meet specific physical demands such as lifting and exposure to various temperatures. Shift Leaders must comply with all company policies and legal requirements.
Required Qualifications
