Job Summary
The Shift Leader at United Dairy Farmers is responsible for providing outstanding guest service by ensuring the Hi Five Guest Experience. The role includes overseeing operations on duty, managing sales transactions including gas sales, stocking merchandise, maintaining store security, and ensuring cleanliness and organization of the store and parking lot. Essential functions involve preparing DipSide items, accurately handling transactions, monitoring product quality, and completing required records. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in English and meet various physical requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English
- Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment
- Ability to understand operating instructions for store equipment
- Ability to prepare DipSide items
- Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, credit transactions
- Ability to recognize numbers, count and do arithmetic
- Ability to move merchandise from storage to displays
- Ability to clean counters and surfaces
- Ability to tolerate exposure to various temperatures
- Ability to lift at least 10 pounds
- Ability to place items into a dip cabinet

- Must be legally qualified to conduct sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco sales
