Job Summary
The Shift Leader at United Dairy Farmers is responsible for providing outstanding service to every Guest by following the five phases of The Hi Five Guest Experience. Responsibilities include ensuring the store is prepared for Guests, efficiently operating the point-of-sale system, stocking merchandise, maintaining store cleanliness and security, and accurately completing time records. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively, handle financial transactions, operate necessary equipment, and tolerate varying temperatures. This position requires lifting packages and managing product displays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to operate store equipment
- Ability to handle financial transactions accurately
- Ability to count and perform simple arithmetic
- Ability to handle and move merchandise effectively
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures
- Ability to lift and place heavy packages
