Job Summary
Shift Leader at Domino’s Pizza in Kenosha oversees store operations including leading the team, delivering high standards of customer service, maintaining product quality, staffing and developing team members, and controlling costs. Responsibilities include preparing Domino’s items to spec (pizza, pasta, wings, desserts, sandwiches, sides), stocking ingredients, FIFO inventory practices, handling customer orders in person or by phone, car-side delivery when needed, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation. Roles require varied schedules (day, night, weekends, holidays) and may involve driving deliveries. Prior leadership experience is preferred. Must be able to perform basic monetary transactions, operate a computer or POS system, and work in varying store conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willing to deliver when needed
- Requires Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
