Job Summary
Oversee daily shift operations in a high-volume restaurant, supervise and train staff, ensure guests receive exceptional service while maintaining quality and efficiency, manage inventory and assist with budgeting, utilize Aloha POS for order management and reporting, enforce health and safety standards, foster a positive team environment, resolve customer inquiries, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining area.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in shift management within a restaurant or fast casual environment
- Familiarity with Aloha POS systems or similar technology is preferred
- Background in baking is a plus
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead by example
- Experience in staff training and development is highly desirable
