Job Summary
Shift Leader at Luna Grill in San Clemente: lead the shift by example, oversee front-of-house operations, coach and motivate team members, ensure guest satisfaction, manage daily operations and service flow, coordinate with the kitchen, maintain a welcoming environment, and uphold safety, sanitation, and labor policies while delivering exceptional hospitality.
