Job Summary
Manage restaurant operations during your shift by ensuring all guests receive SUPERSTAR Service and handling requests immediately. Monitor staffing levels, labor costs, and operational routines to support the business plan while enforcing Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards. Direct and supervise Crew Members, providing training and maintaining a positive atmosphere. Work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma.
