Job Summary
Lead and motivate team members during daily shifts while providing friendly, fast, and accurate customer service. Ensure sandwiches and menu items meet Jersey Mike's standards, assign tasks to maintain productivity, and keep the restaurant clean and food-safe. Handle opening and closing responsibilities, assist with cash handling, monitor food quality and portioning, and professionally address customer concerns. Coach and hold team members accountable, support management with inventory and prep, and lead by example in teamwork and hospitality. Requires previous restaurant experience and strong leadership skills; must be dependable and able to work scheduled shifts consistently.
