Job Summary
Restaurant Shift Leader at Church's Chicken in Brewton, AL responsible for coaching and developing Team Members on shift, ensuring prompt, friendly service and adherence to menu procedures, supervising opening/closing tasks, enforcing safety and security policies, managing cash handling and inventory, and maintaining quality products; requires leadership abilities, strong customer service focus, familiarity with POS and cash controls, and a valid driver's license for vehicle access during shifts. Required Qualifications
