Job Summary
Manage the processes and people needed to deliver a great guest experience during your assigned shift. Oversee product preparation according to operational standards, assign crew positions, and provide direction, coaching, and timely feedback to correct deficiencies or reward success. Deploy team members appropriately to meet service standards, monitor performance for quality and cleanliness, and ensure compliance with food safety and restaurant policies. Drive urgency to resolve guest problems while controlling labor and food costs. Arrive on time, maintain a positive environment, and report equipment issues to the General Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to fluently speak/read English
- Math and writing skills
- Must be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment
- This position requires one to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- This position requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
- Adhere to uniform standards including; hat, name tag, clean pressed apron and white collared shirt. Dark blue jeans without any rips or holes and nonslip shoes are required.
Desired Qualifications
- Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
