Job Summary
Lead a team of quality inspectors by actively training staff, validating their preparation with tools and equipment, and conducting multiple shift validations to ensure adherence to inspection instructions. Perform data entry and timekeeping for the team with accuracy, then complete a pass-down report and provide a data report to the customer at the end of each shift. Enforce 100% compliance with customer PPE rules, monitor team performance, and provide constructive feedback while maintaining transparent communication regarding safety, scheduling, and quality goals. This role requires a flexible schedule to support various locations, with the ability to travel within the operating region.
