Shift Leader - Popeyes

Shift Leader at Popeyes oversees daily restaurant operations, supports the Management Team, trains hourly team members, and ensures customer satisfaction and compliance with safety, quality, and store policies. Responsibilities include supervising day-to-day task assignments, executing food preparation and handling standards, managing reports and deposits, promoting a positive customer experience, resolving customer inquiries, maintaining a clean and profitable restaurant, and upholding company policies while leading by example. Must be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays and complete required training and certification.
