Shift Leader responsible for supporting the Management Team, leading and training hourly team members, ensuring customer satisfaction, supervising daily tasks and performance, enforcing safety and store policies, managing food preparation and quality, completing daily reports and deposits, maintaining cleanliness, inventory, and profitability, and demonstrating leadership and initiative. Must pass Serve Safe Certification, online training, and background checks; able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays; maintains professional conduct and complies with policies.
