Shift Leader

Greet members and guests, answer phones, and assist with inquiries while upholding the Judgement Free Zone®. Guide peers through task completion, coach team members on behaviors, and support elevated member concerns by escalating to a Manager when needed. Execute retail transactions, drive sales goals, and perform prospective member calls and tours. Maintain club standards by conducting regular cleaning, sanitizing equipment and facilities, and addressing maintenance issues like broken equipment or leaks. This full-time role requires 6-12 months of customer service experience, proven leadership background, and the ability to lift 75 pounds. Candidates must be willing to become CPR/AED certified and demonstrate strong communication skills.
