Job Summary
Greet members and guests at the club entrance, assist with check-ins, and answer phones while maintaining the Judgement Free Zone®. Coach peers on task completion, drive sales goals through retail transactions, and resolve member concerns or escalate issues to management. Perform comprehensive safety walks, sanitize equipment and facilities, address maintenance requests, and manage membership functions including sign-ups and billing updates. Lead the team through daily operations and prioritize club priorities and KPI goals. This full-time role requires standing, lifting up to 75 pounds, and CPR/AED certification. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred
