Job Summary
Greet members and guests at the club entrance, assist with check-ins, and answer phone inquiries. Coach peers to complete assigned tasks safely while resolving member concerns and escalating issues to managers as needed. Execute membership functions including sign-ups, billing updates, and prospective member tours, then drive sales goals through accurate retail transactions. Maintain club standards by performing comprehensive equipment sanitization, cleaning communal spaces, and conducting frequent safety walks to address facility maintenance needs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred
- Proven background leading others
