Job Summary
Shift Leader at Wingstop responsible for day-to-day restaurant operations, delivering excellent customer service and achieving strong operational results. Oversees staff, assists in training and directing team members, and ensures high-quality products and brand representation. Must have open availability (holidays/weekends), at least 1 year of restaurant shift-lead experience, be 18+, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. ServSafe certification is a plus. The role emphasizes menu knowledge, food safety, deposits/money handling, and thriving in a fast-paced environment while supporting managers and maintaining compliance and safety.
Required Qualifications
- Open availability (including holidays, weekends, opening and closing shifts)
- At least 1 year experience as a restaurant shift lead
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Maintain dependable schedule and predictable attendance
- Servsafe Certified - A plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
