Job Summary
Produce high-quality food, enforce policies and procedures, and maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation practices while delivering the Jersey Mike's experience. Lead a crew of 2 to 5 people per shift, manage opening and closing tasks, and communicate with the management team regarding operational issues. Perform all duties related to store operations and develop others for career growth within a fast-paced, team-driven atmosphere. Work 35-40 hours per week with reliable transportation.

- Have comprehensive knowledge of operational checklists

- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- 1 Year QSR experience preferred
- Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler a plus
