Job Summary
Shift Leader at Wingstop responsible for day-to-day restaurant operations, focusing on excellent customer service and operational results. Ensure highest quality products are delivered, help direct and train team members, and support goals driven by the Assistant and General Managers. Represent the brand professionally, oversee order accuracy, maintain organization, and ensure health and safety procedures are followed. Key duties include supervising staff during peak times, maintaining menu/product knowledge, handling deposits and money, and promoting growth opportunities within Prospect Capital Restaurants.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience as a restaurant shift lead
- ServSafe certification - a plus
- Open availability including holidays and weekends
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Strong customer service and operational focus
- Knowledgeable in food safety and health inspections - preferred
- Cross-train in other restaurant positions
