Shift Leader - Part Time

Lead, coach, and motivate the team to enhance the guest experience while upholding the highest food safety and quality standards at Guzman y Gomez. Set the tone for operational excellence and foster a positive work environment for the crew. This part-time role requires leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment, a track record of providing outstanding customer service, and completion or willingness to complete a Food Safety Supervisor certificate and Responsible Service of Alcohol course.
