Job Summary
Shift Leader at Papa John’s in Raritan, NJ. You’ll work alongside the Store Team Leader to keep daily operations running, direct and coach the crew during shifts, maintain quality and customer service standards, uphold food safety and order accuracy, and support profitability through shift-management. You’ll open and close duties, monitor performance, and drive a focused, accountable team culture. Requires leadership experience (preferred), being 18 or older, and Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain before first shift).
