Job Summary
Lead restaurant shifts at Papa John’s, coordinating with the Store Team Leader to keep daily operations on task—from opening duties to closing checklists. Direct and coach crew, maintain quality and customer care, manage in-the-moment decisions, monitor performance, and drive profitability. Requires leadership experience, strong communication, calmness under pressure, and a commitment to standard of service; must be 18+ and obtain Food Handler Certification before first shift.
