Job Summary
Lead shift operations at Papa John's, partnering with the Store Team Leader to direct crew, ensure opening/closing duties, maintain quality and customer care, monitor performance, coach staff, handle in-the-moment decisions under pressure, and uphold food safety and service standards. Must be calm under pressure, effective in communication, coachable, and capable of growing into store leadership. Prior leadership or shift-lead experience is preferred; must be 18 or older.
