Job Summary
Lead daily operations by coaching crew members in the moment, directing shifts when the Store Team Leader is absent, and ensuring food safety and order accuracy standards are met. Handle customer concerns with professionalism to protect the brand's reputation, while monitoring performance metrics to flag inefficiencies and support profitability goals. Manage opening and closing duties, maintain a focused shift culture built on accountability, and make real-time decisions under pressure to keep the restaurant running at expected levels. This role develops future Operating Managers through hands-on experience in managing in-the-moment decisions and developing team members.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 or older
- Food Handler Certification required or must be obtained before first shift
