Job Summary
The Shift Leader supervises shifts and work areas in a Papa John’s restaurant, ensuring high quality products and customer service to meet profitability goals. Responsibilities include adherence to operational guidelines, customer satisfaction, maintaining product quality, cash management, managing inventory levels, and following company policies. The qualified candidate will have effective communication skills, planning and prioritization abilities, and ideally hold a high school diploma or GED. Preference is given to those with food service certifications and previous shift lead experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to successfully perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant
Desired Qualifications
- Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
- Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred
- Successful and stable employment history
