Job Summary
The Shift Leader supervises shifts in a Papa John’s restaurant to ensure high-quality products and customer service, contributing to profitability. Responsibilities include managing operations, adhering to company policies, ensuring compliance with laws, maintaining product quality, and managing cash and inventory levels. Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED, be at least 18 years old, and able to work flexible hours. Preferred qualifications include Serv-Safe certification and prior experience in a shift lead role.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), scheduled or unscheduled, which will include nights, weekends, and as emergencies arise
- Ability to successfully perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant
Desired Qualifications
- Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
- Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred
