Job Summary
The Shift Leader supervises shifts and work areas within a Papa John’s restaurant, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and customer service to optimize restaurant profitability. Responsibilities include managing operations, executing company policies and procedures, maintaining product quality, and ensuring compliance with laws. The Shift Leader also is responsible for training staff, maintaining adequate inventory levels, and contributing to profit goals while providing excellent customer experiences.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successful and stable employment history
- Ability to successfully perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant
Desired Qualifications
- Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification
- Previous restaurant shift lead experience
