Job Summary
The Shift Leader supervises shifts and ensures high-quality products and customer service at Papa John's. Responsibilities include managing operations, adhering to company policies, ensuring compliance with laws, maintaining product quality, and achieving profit goals. Strong communication, planning, and prioritization skills are vital. Successful candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, preferred food service certification, and previous shift leader experience, all while being flexible in working hours including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to successfully perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant
Desired Qualifications
- Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
- Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred
- Successful and stable employment history
