Job Summary
Shift Leader/Manager to oversee stand operations at a fast-food restaurant in New Braunfels, TX. Responsibilities include setting up stations, stocking the stand, inventory and deposits, cash handling, ensuring cleanliness, closing duties, and maintaining a safe, high-energy service environment. Must lead the team in both BOH and FOH, foster a positive atmosphere, deliver great guest service, and support the GM. Requires at least 1 year of restaurant experience, ability to lift 35-50 lbs, promote teamwork, and flexibility for day or night shifts.
