Job Summary
Shift Leader role overseeing BOH and FOH operations in a high-volume Texas fast-food restaurant. Responsibilities include setting up the stand (stocking stations, ordering, inventory, cash handling, food safety walk), counting inventory, deposits and cash drawers, ensuring cleanliness, securing the stand when the GM is not present, supporting the team, and fostering a positive, guest-focused environment with strong customer service. Schedule includes day and/or night shifts (6-8 hour shifts) with opportunities for growth; requires promoting teamwork and maintaining safety and efficiency. Required Qualifications
- 1 year of restaurant experience
- Ability to promote teamwork and develop and support others
- Ability to lift 35-50lbs
