Job Summary
Shift Leader - Opener / Daytime (Part Time) role overseeing daily shifts for a Taco Bell franchisee. Responsibilities include running shifts independently, taking ownership to solve problems, guiding team members, and providing help and leadership as needed. Requires 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility, basic PC literacy, and strong analytical/decision-making skills. Must be at least 18, capable of walking and lifting up to 50 lbs., and standing for 80% of shift. Background checks are conducted on management staff, and reliable transportation is required. Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility

- Must be at least 18 years old

- Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
- Background checks are run on all management employees
- Must have reliable transportation
