Job Summary
Shift Leader - Opener for daytime shifts at a Taco Bell franchisee. Responsible for running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner, taking ownership and solving problems, and providing guidance to others. Must have 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, basic computer literacy, strong math/analytical skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for most of the shift. Background checks are performed for management roles. Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
- Basic personal computer literacy
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
- Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
- Background checks are run on all management employees
- Must have reliable transportation
