Job Summary
Shift Leader at Wingstop responsible for supervising a shift to ensure food safety, product preparation, cleanliness, and company standards. Duties include performing all tasks of crew member, supervising staff, training new employees, inventory control, enforcing policies, ensuring sanitation and safety, opening/closing the restaurant, motivating the crew, coordinating breaks, assembling and packaging orders, assisting in kitchen and dining areas, maintaining health/safety consciousness, resolving guest issues, and upholding Wingstop brand standards and QSC requirements. Strong emphasis on guest service, leadership, teamwork, and maintaining a positive guest experience through effective supervision and operations management.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supervising a team in a restaurant setting preferred
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to train staff and manage shifts
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to manage cash handling and basic POS operations
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
