Job Summary
Shift Leader at Wingstop oversees a shift to ensure food safety, product preparation, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards while performing cashier or cook duties as needed. Responsibilities include greeting guests, delivering exceptional service, training crew members, enforcing inventory controls and policies, maintaining health and safety standards, opening/closing procedures, supervising and motivating staff, coordinating breaks, assembling and packaging orders per Wingstop standards, assisting other positions as required, keeping both kitchen and dining areas clean, and resolving customer issues with a positive attitude. The role emphasizes workforce discipline, quality guest experience, and maintaining a well‐maned, organized kitchen during peak periods.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a quick-service restaurant or similar environment
- Ability to supervise and train staff
- Cash handling and POS experience
