Shift Leader / Műszakvezető

Lead a shift operation and ensure production plan execution, directing a 20–40 person manufacturing team through scheduling and resource coordination. Monitor production processes, efficiency, and quality metrics continuously while managing production issues, breakdowns, and root cause analysis. Enforce health and safety, quality, and 5S regulations, maintaining close contact with maintenance, quality, logistics, and warehouse departments. Motivate, develop, and evaluate subordinates, supporting waste reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives. Requires at least three years of manufacturing industry experience, a secondary technical degree, and strong problem-solving skills. Based in a global organization with a focus on sustainability and reusable packaging.
