Job Summary
Shift Leader oversees restaurant operations on duty, supervises Team Members, ensures adherence to company and safety policies, delegates tasks, trains new and current Team Members, balances cash deposits, plans daily routines, and maintains guest satisfaction by providing a positive, organized, and efficient service environment. Responsibilities include scheduling, assigning duties based on roles and skills, leading ops walks and quality checks, ensuring food safety and sanitation, coordinating with management, handling guest concerns, and modeling exemplary conduct for the team.
Required Qualifications
- Current student or high school diploma/GED preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old and fluent in English
- Certified in all stations following the DHC Training Program
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts
