Shift Leader

Lead shifts by supporting Assistant Managers and Restaurant Managers in delivering guest experiences, serving fresh products, and ensuring fast service while driving top-line sales. Coach crew members to execute Dunkin' and Whitedonuts brand standards, maintain food and sanitation compliance, and adhere to all policies. Set goals, assign jobs, motivate teams, and provide timely feedback on successes. Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a flexible schedule covering days, nights, weekends, and holidays, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a drug test and background check.
