Shift Leader

Lead shifts by running operations, coaching crew members to execute Dunkin' Donuts and Whitedonuts brand standards, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and food sanitation regulations. Manage guest experiences, drive profitable top-line sales, and set goals while providing timely feedback and job assignments. Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
