Job Summary
Lead shifts by supporting Assistant Managers and Restaurant Managers in delivering guest experiences, serving fresh products, and maintaining clean, compliant restaurants. Coach crew members to execute brand standards, set goals, assign jobs, and motivate teams while celebrating successes. Ensure fast service and profitable top-line sales through direct oversight of operations, guest engagement, and adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations. Requires excellent communication skills, flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass drug tests and background checks.
