Job Summary
Shift Leader oversees operations and workers during scheduled shifts, executes rushes, manages cash, resolves conflicts, inspects equipment, and ensures health and safety standards. Responsibilities include training and coaching new employees, checking cash drawers and preparing bank deposits, addressing customer and employee complaints, resolving conflicts between workers, and fostering a positive work environment.
