Job Summary
Create schedules for crew members, manage breaks, and fill in as needed when necessary. Oversee kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure fast, efficient service and quality food preparation. Train new employees, monitor wait times, and handle customer complaints immediately. Assist with inventory control, liaise with vendors for timely supply delivery, and oversee closing and cash register balancing. Maintain high standards of quality and guest satisfaction while controlling costs. This full-time, non-exempt role requires a High School diploma, reliable transportation, and the ability to stand for up to eight hours.
