Shift Leader - Manitowoc (Full time)

Oversee and support store team; train and develop skills; maintain a clean, safe backroom; assist with opening and closing the store; maintain a consistent presence with team members and customers; facilitate effective communication with store leadership and staff; perform other duties as assigned. Requires 1+ year retail leadership experience preferred and a high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook, plus experience with common reporting and dashboard tools. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, and weekends, and have reliable transportation. Strong communication, customer service, time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail are essential.
