Shift Leader / Management West Point

Shift Leader supervises store crews to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability during shifts; responsibilities include counting money and making change, using store technology safely and efficiently, maintaining a Five-Star guest experience, leading and collaborating with teammates, and demonstrating flexibility with work hours to support the Marco's Pizza store.
