Job Summary
Shift Leader at Luna Grill leads the shift on the floor, guiding the team to deliver exceptional guest moments and smooth operations. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, handling guest satisfaction, deploying the team, overseeing front-of-house, maintaining a welcoming environment, coaching team members in real time, assisting with inventory counts and shift recaps, collaborating with the kitchen to maintain service flow and food quality, and ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, and labor policies. Requires leadership in fast-paced, guest-service driven settings, and strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of restaurant or guest service experience in a supervisory or leadership role required
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong communicator and problem solver
- Hands-on leader who leads by example
- Excellent at multitasking, organizing, and coaching under pressure
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
- Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
